Michele Hernandez, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of her patients. Since starting to practice in 2012, she has dedicated herself to providing comprehensive family medicine with a special focus on diabetes management, hypertension care, and health prevention and promotion.
Michele treats patients of all ages, from toddlers to seniors, offering personalized care that addresses each individual's unique health needs. Her approach combines clinical expertise with genuine compassion, ensuring every patient feels heard and supported throughout their healthcare journey.
Outside of her medical practice, Michele enjoys spending quality time with her family, including her husband and two daughters, as well as her two dachshunds. She loves outdoor activities such as camping, kayaking, and hiking, and finds relaxation by the pool when she's not caring for her patients.
